Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

International delivery time

Klasse Motiv. Ist jetzt meine dritte Tasse und sie sehen einfach nur super aus. Sehr detailliertes Bild. Wer sich hier über den Spruch aufregt, ist entweder zu faul oder zu blöd, die Serie auch mal auf englisch zu gucken (auch sehr zu empfehlen). Aber motzen geht ja immer..

Durch die Medien ist es gegangen und man sollte meinen, dass auch Elbenwald es mitbekommen hat, dass es sich bei dem vermutlichen Abzählreim um einen sehr rassistischen Reim handelt. Geht er doch weiter mit "grab a **** by the toe".

Hier wurde von der Serie, die wahrscheinlich auch nicht darüber nachgedacht haben was sie machen, einfach etwas übernommen.
Ich bin mir sicher dass sich die Tasse verkaufen wird weil es den meisten Menschen einfach egal ist. Aber da fragen Sie sich mal selber: Wäre es auch egal wenn sie selbst schwarz wären?

Hi Anonym,es tut uns leid, dass du diesen Eindruck von uns hast. Der Elbenwald steht für ein tolerantes und weltoffenes Miteinander, das ohne Vorurteile auskommt. Eine mutige Mitarbeiterin von uns hat sich geopfert, diese Szene noch einmal zu sehen, um den genauen Wortlaut mitzuschreiben. In der Serie wird gesprochen: 'Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, catch a tiger by its toe if he hollers let him go, my mother told me to pick the very best one and you are it.' Das ist ein Kinderreim aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und damit deutlich älter als du und ich zusammen. Wir entschuldigen uns bei dir, dass wir als erstes die von dir beschriebene Assoziation wecken und falls du dich dazu noch äußern möchtest, schreib uns doch eine kurze Nachricht an unseren Kundensupport.
