Founded in São Paulo, Iron Studios has specialized in one discipline: statues that tell an entire scene instead of just depicting a single figure. The flagship line is the Art Scale statues at a 1:10 scale – richly detailed, hand-painted, and often placed on bases that come with a battlefield, manhole cover, or jungle floor built right in. The license roster spans from Marvel to fighting-game classics to movie and anime heroes.
Those who prefer something more compact reach for the MiniCo line: figures with a big head, small body, and considerably more wink to them, small enough to find room on a desk too. The category Figures provides an overview of all formats, while the top tier lives among the scale figures. Scale, material, and edition size for each piece are listed on its product page – worth a look before the display space runs out. Patience is part of the hobby anyway: some statues appear first as a pre-order.

Behind Iron Studios stands a manufacturer from São Paulo devoted entirely to licensed collector statues. Instead of mass-produced blister goods, the pieces that come out here look like frozen movie moments: deliberate poses, elaborate bases, paintwork with an eye for detail. The license palette spans comic universes, movie classics, fighting games, and anime – making for a colorful parade in any display case. At Elbenwald you'll find a selection of officially licensed Iron Studios statues and figures in various formats. Whether you're completing a series or hunting for your first statement piece, the product page lists scale, material, and edition size before you give the base a home.
The scene-first approach. An Art Scale statue at a 1:10 scale rarely shows its character in a neutral stand – it tells a moment, often complete with a base full of rubble, enemies, or terrain. Production runs in series, painting is done by hand, and many editions release in limited numbers, which only fuels the collector value further. Those who want less gravitas and less shelf space go for the MiniCo line: compact figures with oversized-head proportions that give the same characters a considerably more playful appearance. That way the manufacturer covers both ends of the collecting spectrum – from the showpiece behind glass to the desk companion. And because sought-after pieces tend to sell out, the old rule holds among fans: hesitate, and you'll be hunting the resale market later.
Officially licensed statues and figures, chiefly Art Scale statues at a 1:10 scale as well as more compact MiniCo figures – spanning comic, movie, gaming, and anime licenses. Use the filters to narrow the range down by franchise and product type.
The scale: the statue depicts its character at one-tenth of the original size. The Art Scale line is Iron Studios' core format – produced in series, hand-painted, and usually placed on a designed base.
Many editions release in limited numbers, some additionally as exclusive variants. Whether and how a given piece is limited is stated on its product page.
The core sits with the scale figures – that's where the Art Scale statues stand plinth to plinth. A broader tour through every format is offered by the category Figures, and further display-case candidates wait among the collectibles. And if you collect by franchise, start at Marvel, for instance – the hero density per shelf tends to climb fast there.
Statue fans love to compare: Kotobukiya interprets similar licenses with a Japanese touch, Good Smile Company rounds out the display case with Nendoroids and scale figures, and McFarlane Toys and NECA deliver the action-figure contrast. If the display case is already full: at gift ideas, someone else gets to benefit for once.
